What LearnEU is
LearnEU is a study aid for people preparing for EU competitions. It is provided as-is, for practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the European Union, its institutions, or the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), and nothing in it is official guidance from any of them.
Accuracy
The questions, explanations and teaching pages are written by hand and may be incomplete, simplified or out of date — EU law and policy change. Check anything you intend to rely on against the Treaties, EUR-Lex or EPSO's own published material. Using LearnEU does not guarantee any result in any competition or examination.
Your purchase
The full unlock is a one-off in-app purchase, not a subscription. It is sold and charged by Google Play or the App Store, in your currency and under their terms. It unlocks the app's paid features on the store account used to buy it, and can be restored on a new device from within the app.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from — Google Play or Apple — under their policies and your statutory rights as a consumer. We have no ability to process a refund ourselves.
Paid content may be added to over time. We do not promise a particular amount or schedule of new content, and nothing already unlocked will be taken away or moved behind a further payment.
Acceptable use
You may use LearnEU for your own study. Please do not redistribute, resell, or republish the questions, explanations or lesson text as your own material.
Availability
The app runs on your device and keeps working offline. We may stop publishing updates or withdraw the app from a store at any time; an app already installed and unlocked will keep working.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LearnEU is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including any examination outcome. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
